Project Details
Chafolio is a modern tea brand, based in Los Angeles, aiming to make high-quality loose-leaf tea more approachable for everyday consumers. The brand needed a cohesive digital presence that could clearly communicate its values, convert visitors into customers, and scale with future growth.

I led the end-to-end branding and digital experience for Chafolio, covering visual identity execution, Shopify e-commerce optimization, lifecycle marketing, and content creation.

Shopify Website Design
Home Page
I edited and refined the promotional video and implemented it as the homepage banner, highlighting the tea-making process and the origin of each product.
Product Page Design & Optimization
For each tea product, I designed a custom “Cha Profile” to help customers quickly understand key attributes at a glance, including caffeine level, roast level, and health benefits. This visual system simplifies product comparison and supports faster decision-making.

To improve usability and clarity, I also redesigned the brewing instructions into two interactive tabs—Cold Brew and Hot Brew—allowing customers to easily access preparation guidance based on their preferred brewing method without overwhelming the page.
